DEPOSIT AND REFUND POLICY:
Reservations for site rentals require a one-night deposit for stays (6) days or less. A two-night deposit is required for each weekly reservation made. Seasonal campers are required to make a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold a site. Please note that all reservations made for cabin or RV rentals require a deposit equal to 1/2 the total reservation (minimum of one nights stay). Deposits are forfeited for non-arrival on scheduled date. A full refund, less $10 handling fee (or 5% of deposit amount if 5% is greater than $10), will be given on cancelled site reservations providing notice has been received a minimum of 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please note that a two night non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday weekends, with a minimum of a three night reservation. Refunds for rental cabins and rental RVs require a minimum of 14 days notice. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit deposits for cabins and RVs. Sorry, no refunds will be given for early departure or inclement weather. All Early Bird Payments are non-refundable at managemnet's discretion.
